The song was written by the band’s frontman, Chris Helme. “Blinded By The Sun” was released as the second from The Seahorses’ first and only studio album “Do It Yourself”. The single was released in July 1997 with “Kill Pussycat Kill” on the B-side. It peaked at #7 on the official UK singles chart.
